All craftmanship is completed by hand or with electric hand tools.I strive for excellent results and perfection always, but some boards present unpredictable and unavoidable complications.Occasionally, the end product is not as perfect as I would like it to be.If there is any issue, I will be upfront and work towards a resolution.Please, when you receive your splitboard, feel free to let me know your comments and feedback.
My processes rely heavily on proper curing times of several different mediums.No board can be rushed out the door.Also, during the busy season, it may be a month or more before work begins on your ride.Please let me know if you have any time concerns/trips planned before you ship your board and I will do my best to accommodate you. DTM is a small, homegrown business, located in a mountain cabin in the upper reaches of Weber Canyon, Utah.Credit cards are not yet an option for payment. I accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and Paypal.A 1.5% fee will be added to payments through Paypal (due to Paypal’s 3% service charge, which is split with the customer).Payment must be received in full before your splitboard is shipped.If payment is not received within 90 days of your board’s completion date, your board will be placed in our testing laboratory....
