DTM Custom - $495
We provide and install the complete Voile split kit. In addition, we include universal splitboard pucks, gaskets, an alignment guide, and custom set inserts (3 per puck) so that you aren't stuck with one stance on your splitboard. Instead, you will have an adjustable stance tailored specifically to suit your own personal riding style.
Your board will be precision cut. Cut edges will be routed and infused with a polyurethane fiberglass compound, sealed and coated with a durable, multi-layered blend for maximum life, protection and simple repair. A metal edge will be cut, inlaid and hand-filed on each individual ski. A vibration resistant buffer will be inlaid between the metal edge and sidewall. Edge screws will be used at the tip and tail of each edge. Chinese hooks will be set tight for a solid ride, no slop. Chinese hook screws will be reinforced to ensure minimal movement through extended use. Includes complete Voile Split-Kit, custom set universal pucks + one additional insert per puck (stationary pucks optional), hot-wax, and opaque, flush epoxy fill on all inserts for a smooth base.
DTM KaraCustom - $950 (Sold out of Split 30's)
This package includes all the labor goodies in the DTM custom, except the hardware and binding system installed will be the Karakoram Split 30's. Or upgrade to the Karakoram Dupont Zytel SL's (+$150), or Carbon SL's (+$250). All complete with Karakoram bindings, binding plates, touring hardware, latches, and tip n' tail clips.
